I have heard great things about Eclipse trumpets. I know Leigh is a gentleman. Sounds like a nice event. Wish I could make it. Have fun!
Trent what line is the Melrose stop on?

Agreed. This place is a breath of fresh air.
I too would love to try an Eclipse some time, I think some of the people that I know are going to try to make the Northeast trumpetfest that Bruce Lee has been talking about.
Anyway, it's great to be on a forum where I know I'm not going to be censored.

Now this is just the pits! Here we Schilke owners have to share a forum with those other (shudder) brands, Yamaha, Bach, et al, :-[and we find nothing but talk about Eclipse WHICH HAS IT'S VERY OWN THREAD ALL TO ITSELF WHERE IT DOESN'T HAVE TO SHARE! Doggone it all anyway, there goes the whole neighbourhood! (does this count as a blast?)

Ha! I'm going to blast myself for posting in the wrong place. Ten laps around the WWW and I'll have to play a Bundy for 3 weeks. Is that fair enough punishment? The Orange line will take you to Oak Grove and then you can catch a bus to w. foster street (the church is one block off of the bus stop)... please email me for directions if you need them! I gotta get some sleep! -T HUGE fan of my Schilke p5-4! ;D

Absolutely NOT, manta. There is nothing wrong with a Bundy. If you are really serious about self-flagellation, get one of those Larks, Moniques, or "Bessons" and play THAT for three weeks.

"Self-Flagellation" Is that something we will go blind from if we do it too much? ;-) Mike

Only if you do it under the covers by the light of a flashlight, Mike!
