I don't know about that one. I saw a contest on the net to win one of his trumpets. Maybe on his record label site. Anyone else catch that?

Chris looks like he is playing a Handcraft-Committee on the TV show he does. He was supposed to have been playing a Monette 2000LTJ, but I don't know what happened with that situation.

Sometimes different trumpets are used on the covers of albums. It probably has to do with the "Look" of the horn. Someone may have a horn that plays great but doesn't look so good in a picture. I dont know if that is the case here though.

It is my understanding that he was playing a 1949 Martin Committee for a while. More recently (early 2003), he aquired a 1941 Martin Committee (with a larger bell) and used this horn for recording his newest album..."A Thousand Kisses Deep".

I dont know if that is the case here though. James I think there's something wrong with that... It's the same "something" that makes Brittany Spears so popular. Why does music have to look good? --Kevin
