Anyone know. They were very similar to WolfPaks but maybe even a bit better. Very well made.
Did they go out of business?

I have heard that Steve Shires has bought Rocky Mountain Caseworks, but I would like verification on that. If Shires in fact owns RMC, look for things to be as good or better than they were. Shires makes fabulous custom trombones with outstanding workmanship. I can't imagine anything but excellence coming from Shires.

I received an e-mail from Kevin Woelfel a couple of weeks back. He is the originator of both WolfPak and Rocky Mountain. He is now in a responsible position in the Music Department at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He indicated that the product line is in good hands and he will be providing consulting and advice to the new owner, Steve Shires. He is hopeful that the products will soon be available again and he is in good health.

Those Wolf Paks were da bomb when they first came out in the mid 90's.
