Just watch, the assaulted security guard will be on the Yankees staff next year as a high paid consultant for Security. Nelson and Garcia will walk.
The same thing will happen to Giambi as does every other pro player on drugs.......... nothing.
72 or 27, Zimmerman rushed the mound and got knocked on his ass. If you can't play with the big dogs stay out of the fight. At 72 you'de thought Zimmy would have learned that by now. Or, at least, when you're so overweight by the time you get from the dugout to the mound you're spent, it's time to let the young'ens take the fight.

I would have said that about any pro athlete. It's all the same BS Romey. They are given a different standard in our justice system because of their status. Flash a few bucks in front of a guy who's being paid minimum wage as a security guard in a bullpen and a status job just watch how fast his memory fails him.
Giambi isn't any different than when he played for the A's. Some young gun prosecutor is looking for a name for himself. This investigation is a farce and will be swept under the rug along with the other 49 athletes implicated. Sound a bit cynical, yep! The pro-althlete/star has been given a pass about this kind of stuff for a long time. Money talks in New York or Seattle.
About Zim, he was wrong, so was Pedro. It wasn't Pedro that rushed the field.
